01 / The Challenge
Bernhardt Design is design leader in contract furnishings with a long history of excellence in detailing and product execution.
The brief was to design a stacking chair that fit the brand's high-end commercial vision . Rounds of design-review and refinement produced a chair witha slim profile and high-performance in its execution. Slim yet very strong stainless steel sled and legged base version, support a thre-dimensional engineered wood shell with dark wenge veneers.
